I’m Stacie. I built Proof & Progress because teaching the lesson and keeping the records can feel like two separate jobs.
Why this exists
The learning was happening. The record was always waiting.
Homeschool days are full of real learning: books, math pages, projects, animals, field trips, conversations, experiments, and skills practiced until they finally click.
The hard part is turning all of that into an organized record while you are still planning lessons, teaching children, and running a home.
Proof & Progress creates a simpler rhythm. Send the work while it is fresh. I keep each child’s records separate and organize grades, portfolios, and transcripts during the year instead of asking you to rebuild everything from memory.
I also write and review the site’s homeschool recordkeeping guides. Research-based articles are dated and link to the primary sources checked so parents can see where the information came from.

Proof & Progress helps families organize and prepare their own homeschool records. It is not a school, legal service, or accrediting body. Parents remain responsible for their homeschool decisions and for confirming the requirements of their state or any receiving organization.
