If you email Proof & Progress, you may provide your name, email address, family details, grade levels, and information about the help you need. Families using the private portal may also provide student names, school-year details, work samples, photos, scans, videos, grades, activities, and other education records.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, provide the requested recordkeeping service, keep each family’s records separate, prepare parent-requested records, maintain the service, and protect accounts and data.
Parent-managed use
The service is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. Children should not send personal information through the public website or public email without their parent or guardian.
Sharing and service providers
Proof & Progress does not sell family or student information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, email, security, or document delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention and requests
Records are kept as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, meet legitimate business or legal needs, and respond to parent requests. A parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, export, or delete information by emailing homeschoolrecordhelp@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not send sensitive information through ordinary email when a safer upload method is available.
Outside requirements
Homeschool, school-transfer, college, scholarship, agency, and privacy requirements can vary. This website provides educational information and service details, not legal advice.
