You teach. I organize the proof of progress.
Done-for-you homeschool record keeping without the year-end scramble.
Proof & Progress is a human homeschool record keeping service—not another app you have to manage. Send photos, videos, scans, and activities from your phone, and I organize each child's work, grades, and records as the year unfolds.
The short answer
What is Proof & Progress?
Proof & Progress is a done-for-you homeschool recordkeeping service for parents who want a real person to review, organize, and prepare records throughout the year. It supports parent-directed education; it is not a school or accrediting body.
For the parent carrying all the paperwork
A human recordkeeping service—not another system to manage.
Learning happens at the kitchen table, outside, at co-op, and everywhere in between. You should not have to rebuild the whole year from memory just to prove what your child learned.
The work is already happening
Keep the worksheets, projects, videos, field trips, and hands-on learning that make up your real homeschool year.
I organize it for you
Each submission stays connected to the correct child, subject, grade level, and school year.
You want records ready
Build a clear academic history throughout the year instead of creating it all at the last minute.

Your real homeschool counts
The record should look like the learning.
Worksheets are only one part of a homeschool year. Photos, videos, nature study, projects, field trips, reading, and practical skills can all become useful evidence when they are clearly documented and organized.

You send. I review. Your records grow.
No complicated spreadsheets and no waiting until the end of the year to rebuild everything from memory.
You upload
Take a photo, record a video, scan a worksheet, or add an activity from your phone.
I review and organize
I use the assignment directions, rubric, and grade-level context to record a grade or completion status, then connect it to the correct child, subject, school year, and selected standards when included.
Your records grow
Follow completed work and grades, then download parent-prepared transcripts and polished portfolios when you need them.
42-second portal walkthrough
See the family workflow from upload to ready records.
The video uses sample data created for the walkthrough and shows the parent-facing experience only. Your private records and the admin review workspace stay separate.
Useful all year long
More than a folder of finished worksheets.
Proof & Progress turns the work you are already doing into an organized academic history for each child.
- Grades and feedback connected to the submitted work
- Standards progress connected to reviewed work when standards tracking is included
- Downloadable transcripts for the current term or completed school years
- Semester and year-end portfolios that showcase learning across subjects

Why I built Proof & Progress
You should get to focus on teaching—not proving you taught.

I'm Stacie, a homeschool mom of two with an MPA. I run Proof & Progress myself, so the person answering your questions is also the person reviewing and organizing your records.
My approach is simple: use the directions or rubric you provide, match the record to the kind of work submitted, and keep parents in control of the final homeschool record.

One family portal. The right record for every child.
Parents with multiple children choose the child before uploading, so work stays connected to the correct student. Each family sees only its own records and can follow a simple review status. Based in North Idaho, Proof & Progress works remotely with families across the United States.

What can I send to Proof & Progress?
You can send photos of completed work, scans, videos, and hands-on activities. Each item is organized into the correct child's academic record.
Can I use it for more than one child?
Yes. Each child has a separate record, and you choose the correct child when work is submitted so family records do not get mixed together.
How does pricing work?
I’m currently testing a $20–$30 per-child monthly starting range for a defined scope. Your exact quote depends on grade levels, submission volume, and which kinds of support you need.
Is Proof & Progress a school or accreditation service?
No. Proof & Progress provides organization and recordkeeping support. Records remain parent-prepared, and acceptance requirements can vary by school, program, or agency.
Is Proof & Progress an app I have to manage?
No. It is a human, done-for-you recordkeeping service. Your private family portal gives you one simple place to send work, follow review status, and download finished records.
Can families outside Idaho use the service?
Yes. Proof & Progress is based in North Idaho and works remotely with homeschool families across the United States. Families remain responsible for confirming their own state and receiving-organization requirements.
